Sort of connected - BBC News. (One of the passengers in the crash has been banned herself)

Interestingly seems to have pleaded guilty to 2 counts of speeding and 2 failing to furnish. May have been a 'plea bargain' situation but copped the lot!

According to the account in Metro, she was dual-charged for two offences - one for 38 mph in a 30 and the other for 39

Instead of a plea bargain she pleaded Guilty to everything

Takes a special kind of stupidity to turn 3 points and a course into a six months ban

What I don't understand is why she was only fined £450 - the typical amount for a single S172 offence

I reiterate there should be mandatory IQ tests before people are allowed to procreate.
