I received a pcn for parking in a residents parking space with no authority. The road is a turnoff the main road which leads to a T-junction both ends of which are dead ends. there are no signs along this T-section. i went back the next day to check. The only signs are just as you turn off the main road, but these are easily missed (as by me) as you are turning into a road and looking where you are going. this is a view of the stretch of road i parked on. walking to both ends there are no other signs.

Well the signage is clear and set back from the junction and this is a small zone so you wouldn't expect repeaters (although they would be nice).

Upload both sides of the PCN in full, and post the council photos as well.

Hello LemonBelly,
After having a look at the street view it seems that the signage as you enter the cul de sac is compliant with what’s required. No other signs would be needed there so unfortunately it’s unlikely you’d be successful on appeal on that basis. This post has been edited by Saleen07: Sat, 12 Jan 2019 - 23:37 |

This is the Order from the current W&H webpage:-
http://welhat.gov.uk/CHttpHandler.ashx?id=12387&p=0 The Cloisters is mentioned towards the end. I have already commented on this Order which is "bad on its face" (legalese for a load of cr*p):- http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showto...t&p=1311200 If this Order still controls/enforces parking in W&H I would use the same grounds as in CYPER's case.
