hi friends,

They have done it again. This time i had parked my car at the place where i park everyday (no restriction) clearly displaying my visitors permit but was shocked to see my car removed. Best part is that i contacted them on the for the images for over 5 times and unfortunately they have still not send me any images infact the last one the customer assistant was very rude and hang the phone on me. now the PCN date is 2/2/2018. They have given my representation form, vehicle release receipt and this time provided with another sheet with important information.

PCN

Do the permits come in a pad or bundle, so that it would be easy to unawares make an indemt on the permit below?

Been asked before and answered. No, they come in perforated sheets of 4.

It's feasible an indent could still be made but it would be unusual to directly line up on 3 boxes.

I say 3 because there's a third one yet unmentioned.

But what is intriguing me is how a CEO can possibly tell through a windscreen? Recording serial numbers?
Or something else?
When tinkering with brightness and contrast a shaded area shows up in the middle of each box. I have an idea
to look at when I get a mo.

As known to some members, questions asked through the back door, in general terms only, not
case specific but no answers yet.

Thank you.

Short and sweet - Adj found no evidence of re-use after he'd examined CEO's photos under magnification.

You will have come across as an honest and credible witness/

So a failure on the adjudicator's part or a failure by Newham to submit appropriate evidence?

I think, a total absence of evidence. The reason we encouraged the OP. There are far to many of these " permit not filled in correctly or re used" from Newham and a tow on something as spurious as this must be bordering on misfeasance

I'm not disputing the second half of that, as you know but evidence? Wasn't too difficult.
