Hi
I think they might have me bang to rights here but I wanted to know from you wise people if I have any grounds for representation? Thanks for your time and input. https://imgur.com/a/CWsLju8 |

It doesn't look good, I'm afraid. If yours is the red car, then photos show you straddling two bays, yet there is room behind you, so you could have parked wholly within the bay but didn't, why ? The sign clearly says, inter alia, "park within marked bays at all times", although the print is rather small, it could have been much larger and still fitted into the space on the sign. However this won't get you off the PCN, I'm afraid.

Thanks. I thought as much.
Any luck with the PCN itself? Is everything about it proper? |

The PCN is by the book. You could still write and ask for them to use discretion to cancel, they will almost certainly reject but they might mess up the response, and in any event it gives you more time to pay as they will re-offer the discount.

I would pay it. I've been leading the 'if you don't ask you don't get' theme, but there has to be some angle to it and there is none here, and you always run the risk of paperwork issues in maybe weeks or months time.

Thank you for taking a look. Will probably just pay.
