Hi, asking advice for a friend,

Last week I walked my dog and the harness snapped and he ran into the road and a car hit him, he somehow got up and ran into the park where he attempted to jump on a child who was probably around 12, he attempted to jump before I grabbed him, the parents asked the child and she said the dog bit her, they did not check and i think thry called the police and an ambulance and then checked the daughter and she was fine, they then walked off to the main road and disappeared. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened. I am 100% the dog did not bite as I grabbed him before he could do anything. What will happen now, will the police be looking for ne because they reported a dog bite. I waited 30 minutes in the same place for a leash and nothing happened then went home

Dog was a 9 month old german shepherd, he is usually always on leash and rarely jumps, he only does it to play

How's the dog now?

Dog is doing great, but has been stuck in his large garden. He is no longer allowed to walk him and just plays with him in the garden every couple of hours. I think he is training him before he is ever allowed to.walk him

He's training a 'fully trained' dog?................Who has prevented him from walking the dog, was there some sort of follow-up?

Turns out it isn't his dog, he just looks after his brothers dog and walks him on his work breaks since he works from home. Also nothing has come out of it so far, I do not think it is that serious or police would be looking for him. Lastly the dog is trained but doesn't listen to him, owner can control him.
