Hello Everyone,

I won today in court with Devere, they failed to put the ticket in the window meaning it void the contract!

Thanks and much love to this community who saved me 150 quid!

Yay tell us more, love to here about people beating Devere on their home turf; not difficult as they are terrible on detail, but they did seem to have some influence in the Bournemouth/Poole area of court at one point whcih made us wonder.

Can you give us a full court report, what the background was, which Judge you had, what was said, who turned up for Devere?

Was D7QZ9E8D the claim number? We have access to court records and love to hear about these successes.

I wonder if there's a district Judge in Bournemouth allegedly off sick with an alleged bout of flu. Allegedly.

Just being sarcy, great news though.

I don't believe this is true, I think the fact I'm 20 and Devere parkings Steven Williams is at least 60+, who clearly needs the money more?

He didn't like my comments about his Jag wink.gif Apparently "There is no Jags in this business"

I will request the court documentation and post shortly.

Trust me, the judges will not accept bribes but I'd say if you're facing a case with Devere just move the location and they'll most likely cancel it as the guy really cba to travel. He's an old boy and is in court on a weekly basis according to the court staff!

How did you find the case number out?
