Link doesn't work. Who issued it?

I think this may work. It’s my first post and I’m using mobile so it’s not great.

Needs to be in the council part of the forum.

Hit '! Report' and ask for it to be moved to the decrim section.

Post up all the council photos (you'll find these on the council website) and give us a link to the exact location on Google Street view.

IIRC Birmingham CEOs now use machines with built in cameras so timing of PCN and Photos would likely be kosher.
Strikes me as strange that the CEO had time to take all those photos, even down to the VIN number of the car (which you may want to remove) but didn't stick the PCN on the vehicle.
Any idea why ??

I'm not convinced it is the right contravention BTW, this is a red route contravention and if the TRO is similar to London Red Routes, taxis are exempt there else the overall RR contravention applies.

I guess the CEO was extremely happy that he bagged another vehicle and was taking his sweet time. By the time I had got to the vehicle he was slowly printing off the notice and placing it in the yellow bag.
So I guess I got no other choice but pay the discounted fine sad times

You look bang-to-rights to me, if that is where you parked. They issued a Regulation 10 PCN (postal) presumably because as soon as you saw the CEO you drove off in a hurry. I'm guessing because you've told us almost nothing about the circumstances that gave rise to the PCN.
