Just to say for any newbies, that although that fake PCN says they 'will contact the DVLA for the registered keepers' data' they can't. A complaint to the DVLA has been made and I seem to recall that they in turn have referred the misleading 'ticket' to Trading Standards who are very familiar with Shoal (ex rogue clampers).

Shoal are not AOS members with the BPA so this would be a fake PCN to ignore completely. Any 'appeal' attempt would be to give them your details on a plate.
