Hi I received a PCN to Keeper for an alleged parking offence when I wasn't the driver.
Alleged offence was 1st December and notice date is 8th December. The vehicle is privately leased and I received the notification from the lease company today. Are there grounds for appeal as this appears to have been received in good time from what I've read?

Almost no parking company can hack PoFA hirer liability. Well done on shaking this monkey off your back. PE are the only company to routinely get close to it (noting that the wording of the statute makes absolute compliance effectively impossible on 'period of parking' where ANPOR is used), also of those that 'try' the only one to not try and claim PoFA compliance when they know it's already missed (late ntk). No fan of PE but they are far and away the most professional and also one of the few to not add 'debt recovery' costs to court claims. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!

PE 'do it right', but make up for any loss from doing so via blitzkrieg! |
