Hi guys,

I have just received my 2nd parking notice from highview parking, it increased from £55 to £95 now. The recorded duration of my stay was 2hrs 12mins, I believe i have exceeded the time by only 12mins (i think it is only free for 2hrs, I will visit the place today and confirm to see if it mentions this anywhere).

Date of the incident: 04/08/2018
Date of 1st notice: 13/08/2018 stated to pay £55 before 27/08/2018
Date of 2nd notice: 30/08/2018 stating to pay £95 within 14 days.

It also states in the letter that due to Parking Eye v Beavis, Parking Charge Notice issued on Private Land is enforceable.

I don't know what to do and where to take this?
I don't want to pay the fine. To be honest I can't afford to pay it either. mellow.gif
Someone please help me!

First it’s an invoice not a fine.

Second Highview are the easiest in the world to beat, but you really needed to appeal the first one and not sit on it.

Search on here for the ‘bogoff’ Letter for highview, understand it and they may still drop it.

Just send the template appeal, online (NOT by post) to Highview, as per the NEWBIES thread on MSE:

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showth...d.php?t=4816822

Highview will cancel.

Please don't post asking which choice to tick, of the 2 options in the Highview appeal page.

YOU KNOW FROM BOTH FORUMS, NOT TO SAY WHO WAS DRIVING.
