Hi everyone I'm back! unfortunately,
A PCN was received from parking charge management on 06/11/17. This was ignored. It was stuck on the windscreen of the car - see photos. They've sent one other reminder PCN between then and now. Another reminder was given two days ago. I was unaware about any of this as my parents did not tell me otherwise I would have appealed. Can we do anything now? They have received NO correspondence from us what so ever, can I still appeal? The letter states I can't because its been more then 28 days. I've attached further photos for information, if anything else is needed please ask. The photos of the car is what parking charge management have provided as evidence. Thank you for your help in advance. P.s. forgot to mention they were visiting family. Not sure if this infos needed This post has been edited by bobby123: Mon, 15 Jan 2018 - 15:41 |

No it doesnt
Dont skim or skip read It states they will pass to solicitors. Except TRACE cannot instruct anyone - its not their debt. Theyre mere agents. Its a complete bluff |

But Trace don't own the alleged debt and cannot therefore start a case against you.

Hi,
What's happening? Does this mean the case is going to court? Do i need to do anything? This post has been edited by bobby123: Mon, 18 Jun 2018 - 12:27 |

Have you done an obvious search for "letter before claim"?
You need to respond, obviuously, and there are multiple threads giving examples Expect a claim, anyway. |

Yes, they are going to court unless you cn show a very good reason why not.
Write to them pointing out that their client has already been told that they do not have a claim against you as they failed to conform to the requirements of POFA to transfer liabitly from the driver to the keeper. Continuing with the case is perverse and unreasonable as they know they cannot win. This post has been edited by ostell: Mon, 18 Jun 2018 - 12:48 |

Gladstones never sees any of its clients' documents before it issues the claim
It only checks them if the claim is defended |
