He was sitting in the car while his finance was in shopping. He should park in a non-disabled bay.

If it is on public road and he could face criminal charge of misuing disabled badge if he is using it.

He was sitting in the car while his finance was in shopping. He should park in a non-disabled bay.

According to the report, he was waiting for his fiance (male), but "the missus" (gender unknown) was in the car with him.

Possibly a reflection of dismal journalistic standards rather than the gentleman's domestic arrangements, but we'll never know.

I have emailed the journalist Samuel Jones to edify him and pointed him in the direction of Pepipoo.

One down many more to go.

Disabled bays for disabled people. I think everyone agrees.

This chap has either driven there in his car or been driven there in his car and never intended to get out of the car. So why did this disabled chap use the bay for his able bodied girlfriend (presumably) to access the store from the disabled bay?

No blue badge, didn't intend to exit the vehicle, misuse of the bay and taking advantage of it while another disabled person was prevented from using it.

As mentioned above, I'm all for disabled bays and not just because I am disabled too, but this guy was taking the pi** and it appears his disability has not hampered that capability.

Use it when you need it...not just because you can.
