Would you like to try again in English please? What you've posted is mostly unintelligible.

Should be in the council section.

Long bus lane and he seems to be referring to cam towards Western end of LBR.

Taxis permitted I think?

If it's TFL, doesn't Taxi exclude private hire and only refer to Hackney Carriages?

so for all the confusion caused all I wanted was an update picture of the bus lane sign on lea bridge road approaching lea bridge roundabout as I received a PCN for Contravention code 34 I appealed that the signage said buses, bikes, taxi I have a old letter from TFL stating licenced taxis ie licenced hackney carriage's can use 90% of bus lanes it dosnt say anything on the sign stating local or licenced London taxis unlike heathrow t2 which has lanes only for London taxis
hope someone can help I will post the pcn up later, sorry the last picture is not very good had this letter a long time

Well the letter from TFL is irrelevant as the PCN is from Hackney Council. Is your vehicle a private hire vehicle or a hackney carriage?

So can we assume because you are doing your best not to tell us.

It is a licensed taxi not a PHV

The license is not issued by a London borough or TFL ?

Well soz but we don't work like that.

We like to look at the full story of the case. I'm not sure how a sign is relevant anyway.

Have you submitted a challenge against the PCN ?
Have you received a reply to such a challenge?

If so, we need to see those.

he is the information you asked for
(1) I'm the keeper not the driver of the vehicle as its leased to drivers
(2) the vehicle is not licenced by TFL But my local council
(3) the vehicle is a licenced hackney carriage and not a PHV
(4) I'm posting a picture of the road sign I wasn't aware of its location because on the pcn it said lea bridge road which you might be aware is a very long road I only discovered the location by looking at the live video recording and noticed longitude and latitude displayed
(5) Only buses, taxis (Hackney Carriages) and pedal cyclists can use the bus lane during its hours of operation. The definition of a bus lane contained in the Traffic Signs Regulation and Directions 2002 is ‘motor vehicles constructed or adapted to carry more than eight passengers (exclusive of the driver)
(6) if I'm right hackney council doesn't have any licenced hackney carriages so to display one on their road sign cannot be right so they must mean the ones describing in
the road traffic act
(7) also the vehicle was hired in its licenced area on a wait and return so technical it was a licenced hackney carriage for its entire journey

Reading that rejection, first thing I would do is exactly as they ask...send clear, unredacted copies of the documents that you sent.

Very often, when a council rejects but asks for more information, they are thinking of accepting but need something they can file so they can tick the box that says "proof received"
Accept that you want to double check signs etc but at the moment, just do as they ask.

Hackney don't want that letter you sent from TfL.

They just want to see evidence of this >

+1, send proof that the vehicle is a licenced hackney carriage, in readable documents with no redactions, and they will probably cancel the PCN.

Don't you have any paperwork from your local council?

If you send an unredacted copy of that to the council, together with the photos of your car, I am sure they will cancel the PCN.
