Hi all,

Just received a NIP in the post for 38 in a 30. Recored by a handheld camera operated by a local PCSO, I'm guessing that doesn't make a difference(?) but just thought I'd ask the question.

Thanks

No difference at all, Surrey, I think it was, even has or had what they call Road PCSOs doing roads policing. Cameras can be operated by civilians.

You should offered a course provided you have not done one for an offence committed in the previous 3 years, failing that, a fixed penalty.
