Not much to see - we need the PCN. Post it on imgur or flickr and post BBCode.
The sequence of bus gates along Oxford Road are very poorly signed for the average motorist as we know. This post has been edited by stamfordman: Wed, 4 Jul 2018 - 16:16 |

well it's on it's side but can see it's the Brancaster one we've seen a lot of recently. Someone else may have knowledge of this one.
But PCN date in March - is it a lease car? It's taken a long time to get to you so may be something in the dates. This post has been edited by stamfordman: Wed, 4 Jul 2018 - 16:26 |

Be patient - we are all busy. You're looking at £30 here so may not tip you into bankruptcy.
You could ask whoever runs the company car scheme the dates of receipt of PCN and then what. |

OP, just so you know, the original PCN will have gone to the car leasing company who will have the V5C for the vehicle. Under the legislation, they can appeal this as a hire company, giving your name and address. The first PCN is then cancelled, and a new one issued to you. They have 28 days to issue the first PCN, then, when they get your details from the hire company, a further 28 days from this to issue the 2nd PCN (the one you've got). However, looking at your PCN, it says the original PCN was cancelled on 2nd July. That is a pretty long time from the 4th March, so some investigation is needed into when PCN 1 was sent out. Manchester have form on issuing PCNs out-of-time for these bus lanes.
