Hi
I was parked in a bay with a pay and display ticket and back within the time frame. but i did not notice that it had been suspended. The suspension only came in today at 08:30 and i have parked here before so did not realise it was suspended until after i came back and saw the ticket The bus was not there when i parked, but was on my return. Can i do anything to appeal this? mages - tinypic no longer works .. so is there a better way of getting these up? https://imgur.com/a/SIls2R3 |

Appeal submitted, hearing requested. +1 Why not ask if you can record it - suitably edited it could make a nice addition to how a hearing works. Hearings are public in any case. There may be a better case though to record. If not allowed to broadcast a recording they can't complain about a transcript. This post has been edited by stamfordman: Fri, 5 Jun 2020 - 14:43 |

Just had the hearing, it lasted all of 5 minutes. The council's photos of the yellow suspension sign were in such poor resolution that you couldn't read what it said, so the enforcement authority failed at the first hurdle as it could not prove that the contravention was made out., the adjudicator is going to type up a very short decision to that effect.
