I'm not sure if this is the right sub forum for this question.
I've been reading through some of Reading Borough Council's TROs and I saw that the town red route was originally an experimental order from 13/04/2020 and was wondering how they'd gone so long without putting into place a permanent TRO. I came across 2 amendments that to the initial order but the only difference seems to be the start date. I'm wondering if anyone can shed light on what they amended that allowed an experimental TRO to continue for 28 months? This post has been edited by Captured.potato: Thu, 29 Sep 2022 - 15:25 |

Considering that they cannot enforce red routes anyway, it's a bit academic.

Indeed. Doesn't stop them attempting to do so however. And with a mobile CCTV car to boot
