I believe Kirsty Alsop agreed to go half as well. This will attract the wardens to the hospitals. No challenges just pay.

He obviously thinks everybody loves him. I wonder what he'll actually do when thousands of NHS car passes suddenly slip off into footwells and the yellow lines are clogged with cars 24/7. biggrin.gif

I saw him ranting on about that this morning.
Quite subdued considering his normal "shout louder then anyone else and keep talking over them" attitude.
TBH, I don't mind him asking questions that should be asked but could happily throw a brick through the TV when he is on.
Bloke just winds me up even if I do agree with much of what he says.

I thought he was a slimy eel before, but ever since the Mirror story of soldiers abusing prisoners in Iraq, or more specifically his total inability to do checks and then defending the indefensible I've had no time for him at all.

OK he's preferable to Katie Hopkins or Hitler, I'll give him that!

Tough call; have you forgotten that cringe-worthy 28 Jan 2018 ITV "interview" of his mate Donald Trump?

Dislike the man, loathe his style of presentation so don't watch him - ever.

Much better for my blood pressure.

Erm, no, that is waving car park charges, not 'fines/penalties/invoices arising from a breach'. Although it could be argued that the contractual invoice is a charge for 'premium parking' and as such 'must' be included?

...not 'fines/penalties/invoices arising from a breach'.

Some have predicted that PPC's will be stepping up their enforcement in residential parking...

Because many more will be working from home or self-isolating there's a good chance there will be limited parking and people will just take the chance or have no other option.

I bet we'll see private parking cases start feeding through at some point - they'll come back every day and add a ticket... (So we'll see claims for 20+ tickets for example)

Leeches - this is a quote from current case:

QUOTE (ramboram @ Thu, 26 Mar 2020 - 07:55) *
Strangely enough despite the pandemic I still regularly see their parking officers patrolling the car park!

Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it.
