Think of the thousands that have paid up...
Actually the CoP goes further - have a read of section 17 here. -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
PoFA=Protection of Freedoms Act, SAC=Safety Awareness Course, NIP=Notice of Intended Prosecution, ADR=Alternative Dispute Resolution PPC=Private Parking Company, LBCCC=Letter Before County Court Claim, PII=Personally Identifiable Information, SAR=Subject Access Request Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it. |

Given how the PPC allow themselves to (deliberately?) get the VRM wrong on a NtD and then correct it on the NtK, it's only right that the motorist is allowed some latitude, especially when O/0 and I/1 are typographically identical on Uk number plates.
