Hi,
I am not sure how I got this, but there we go. Any assistance would be appreciated.

There is indeed one blue sign that says AHEAD ONLY ( After I checked on google map see bellow), but I recall at the time I was busing looking for no right turn, which eventually when I did not see, I carried on turning right.

Thanks in advance

You look to be bang-to-rights on this one unless the PCN contains fatal errors. Councils are very fond of these arrows now, instead of "No Right Turn" (or left) signs.

Possible that sign(s) were obscured by bus - see if you can get the video.

Looking on google street view there's ahead only arrows on both sides of the road, so the council will argue you should have seen at least one of them. I don't see any grounds to appeal I'm afraid.

Out of curiosity, on what grounds?

What's that saying "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread" I would have made a representation also.

I would have claimed the signage was not adequate and put them to proof they were illuminated. And that the PCN gives the wrong date for the issue of a CC it should be 28 days beginning with date of service

That was confusing that I receive a PCN for no right turn, when there was not. Also the signage is not well illuminated.

I think the PCN says quite clearly that it's issued for "failing to drive in the direction shown by the arrow on a blue sign", but maybe you'll win on the other points, good luck.

Hi again,
I have received a rejection last week or the week before, but they have the wrong date of rejection that is confusing me when to appeal/pay the discounted rate, but crucially can I take this further and appeal as the date of the contravention was on the 04/01/18 and it cannot be possible to send the notice, appeal and reject the representation in less than 12 days. I also note that the PCN number has a forward slash in the last number. See attached copies, any advice is valuable, thanks.

Can you prove when you received the NoR?

I am not sure, but surely this can proven if the case is taken further, the LA will have to submit their case and it will have to show all the relevant t documents, including when the PCN was served
