Hi Guys, very new here so aplogies if this is a tad unclear.
I received a PCN for going into a bus lane today please see PCN attached firstly although i did enter and drive through the entirtiy of the bus lane which i have always known to be -7-7 Mon - Fri they was some road works before which can be seen in the top part of the picture below. At the start of those works there is a sign saying use bus lane which i now assumes related simply to the the first section of bus lane and not the later... in any case the sign has recently changed to not include the 7-7 part but it would have been very hard to see at night 21:43PM as the sign is near no illumnation Please let me know if you think there are grounds to appeal this? Thanks in advance AJ https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YE-fzlZ0Q7...iew?usp=sharing ( PCN) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aww7dfMa8W...iew?usp=sharing ( Still of Car ) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZQFpRW-vYE...iew?usp=sharing ( sign) |

Notice of order:
https://www.camden.gov.uk/documents/20142/4...t=1599146484715 The video could help - PM me the car reg if you can't post it. The recent change (10 Sept) and the road works could work together to make a successful challenge. This post has been edited by stamfordman: Tue, 27 Oct 2020 - 16:03 |

London bus lanes have an informal challenge stage so it's worth having a go.
Wait for other views but I would go with the use bus lane angle and you only continued on in a short stretch that you thought was still OK and couldn't read sign. |

Have a look at http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=135114 as it gives you a possible angle.
It wouldn't affect your PCN but you can object to the order being made permanent, as explained in the notice posted by stamfordman. -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
