As per the usual advice, I have contacted Lidl customer service requesting the PCN (overstay) be cancelled.

Their reply was to suggest I contact Athena Parking with an appeal.

I have emailed again, repeating my request again that they cancel or pass up the chain to a superior. Now, awaiting their second response. The CEO email used on these boards is now invalid in any case. I think they have wisened up to that angle.

Please, can anyone advise on the next steps? Appeal directly to Athena (which is an IPC member, not a POPLA one) and then ignore?

Look at a recent and active Lidl case for a valid email address

The one being used currently on CEO emails is dispute.resolution@lidl.co.uk

Presumably this gets a response from someone senior? Worth a try.

Lidl seem quite active now in shutting down email access to the senior bods, presumably as a result of the enthusiasm of Athena in going about their daily business, and the public's despair.

I don't have a Facebook account, but I've heard Lidl does. If you've got a legitimate reason for the overstay, you may as well raise some hell.
