Mrs stopped in a bus stop to go and do some shopping. Traffic wardens came by and gave her a ticket. I know, I don't understand why she done it myself considering she could have parked anywhere else in the road, none the less, any help would be welcomed.

So far I have emailed the council to ask to see a picture of the contravention. They have not replied within the 15 working days so have told Mrs to call them up as requested after 15 days.

Post up the PCN here, with PCN Number, and car/address details blanked-out. Leave everything else in. A GSV link would also be useful, plus telling us exactly where she parked on the picture.

From what you say, you are now past the discount option, but you need to follow the process as outlined on the PCN. If you just requested photos, do be aware that they have probably not stopped the enforcement clock. Paying or appealing you must not miss any of the statutory deadlines or the penalty will go up and up.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The email sent says "We will ensure you are not disadvantaged by the wait" so I am assuming and would argue this if they did try to make me pay the full fee. Will upload ticket now
