We can read straight through those redactions Mr B.
Any help appreciated A claim will follow. You can use the PAP to request any information to narrow the issue. (Or a SAR for any personal information they hold on you should it be useful) Did you appeal? It will ultimately be up to the Judge to decide whether a contract was formed. (But an argument of forbidding anyway comes to mind) -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
PoFA=Protection of Freedoms Act, SAC=Safety Awareness Course, NIP=Notice of Intended Prosecution, ADR=Alternative Dispute Resolution PPC=Private Parking Company, LBCCC=Letter Before County Court Claim, PII=Personally Identifiable Information, SAR=Subject Access Request Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it. |

Does the SAR show you anything useful?
What else do you propose to do? The only method you can do to *stop* court action is to pay - they always have the choice to take you to court. |
