AG41840001 05/10/22 & AG41921012 17/10/22 VRM LO59VLK

I do not dispute entering Pattison Road as evidenced by video footage. What I do dispute is how I came to be there, namely I exited Church Walk then traversed briefly Finchley Road before entering Pattison Road.

There are no signs on Church Walk and the near side sign on Finchley Road cannot be seen by the driver (me) of a Honda Jazz while the offside sign is nigh on impossible to see as it is viewed sideways on.

While the camera sign is approx 24 yards away in the wrong direction and can only be seen from behind (I know this because I’ve walked it several times)

I am due at London Tribunals on 09/02/23 for both appeals. AG41921012 was scheduled for appeal on 24/12/22 while AG41840001 was scheduled on 04/01/24. Both appeals were applied for on 22/12/22.

I contend that I can do this as often as I wish until Barnet informs me as a Road user with appropriate signage, am I correct?

Also has anyone come across this type of promiscuous PCN before, namely one where the recipient has not been able to see the signs because there are none that face the oncoming road user for that road?

Is there any point to this thread continuing, or can I move it to completed cases?

Case is complete so yes.

By all means do. However it is my intention to make Barnet pay and already have begun a process prior to the appeals by involving the local councillors and I wish to effect change by either having them erect signage on Church Walk or make it one way in order to make sure other unfortunates are not clobbered in future.
