Hi,
Not sure if I have a leg to stand on here but figured I'd ask before just paying...today I got a PCN for being parked in a pedestrian zone during the designated hours - I was collecting lunch from a restaurant 30 seconds away & haven't had issues in the past but unfortunately they took a fair amount of time & this was the result, I hadn't clocked the designated hours until turning up to collect so an error on my part. I'm not sure if it's worth highlighting a few points: - Vehicle is listed as a Peugeot - There isn't really a spot to turn around without entering the pedestrian zone once the sign is clear (as per screenshot from streetview) - On the opposite side (where the white van is parked) there is private parking for tenants, unsure how this can be possible if its a pedestrian zone? Appreciate any thoughts/guidance you're able to provide & thanks in advance! Streetview: Thanks, Callum |

QUOTE & haven't had issues in the past So, you know about the pedestrian zone, and the signs, yet have continued to enter and park. Seems to me you've chanced your arm a few times, and this time you lost, but see what the others say. |
