So based on what others have wrote, how does this sound. 1. You allege ‘Driver observed leaving site.’ However, you have provided no evidence to support this claim. 2. No evidence provided that the driver ever left the site, or that even if they did, no action was taken to inform the driver (VCS vs Ibbotson) Should you wish to further correspond with me on this matter, I will require photographic/CCTV evidence with time stamp of the alleged ‘driver-passengers’ having left and returning to the site, as well as the named vehicle entering, staying in and leaving the car park with ‘driver-passengers’ in car within 35 days or I will regard the matter as closed. If you do reject this request and insist upon wasting my time with a further appeal I will claim my expenses from you and my time at the published court rate. The expenses I may claim are not exhaustive but would include the cost of stamps, envelopes, legal fees and travel expenses. By continuing to pursue me you agree by your conduct to pay these costs if I am successful. Should I send that now? It's been 1 week already of my 2 weeks for the reduced penalty.. Is there a way of finding out which companies are banned, length of ban and when it is to be lifted? As at the 9/5/18 You asked: I understand that some AOS members (BPA and IPC) may be currently banned from obtaining DVLA data, or are being investigated for a potential ban. Please provide information for any AOS member banned by the DVLA between 1.1.18 and 30.4.18. The following companies have been suspended from requesting DVLA data between 01/01/2018 – 30/04/2018 Elite Management (Midlands) Ltd– Date of suspension 19/03/2018 Ranger Services Ltd for UK Parking Control Ltd– Date of suspension 22/03/2018 Serval (PCN) Ltd T/As Parking Control Nationwide– Date of suspension 16/03/2018 UKPC Ltd– Date of suspension 22/03/2018 Accident Claims Handlers Ltd - Date of suspension 04/01/2018 Of those listed above, the only company to have its entitlement to request DVLA data restored is Elite Management (Midlands) Ltd. The suspension was lifted on 28/03/18. This post has been edited by Pensioner: Tue, 22 May 2018 - 17:39 |

out of interest are we now saying that as UKPC are banned from accesing dvla data its safe to use any of their carparks for free? there is a very convenient one near me that im thinking about. Yes - BUT you never know when they might be reinstated.Better to send letters to the landowners where they infest, with a copy of a newspaper article and ask when they are going to kick UKPC out? https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-...a-a8325941.html PPCs hate people complaining to landowners. Now is the time, one letter, one second class stamp! Some contracts will not be renewed so these letters could be the final straw to ensure that happens. Assuming their ban is lifted at some point and they then contact DVLA, would they then send a letter through the post for me? I notice on the back of their ticket it says we MAY contact DVLA for driver details after 28 days of unpaid payment not they will. How else would they get details.. I guess they anticipated being banned or the wording was changed after. It then says failure to pay after this point will result in them sending the debt collection guys and further costs.
Anyway I will wait and see. If I get anything through the post I will update. Should have gone into the car park next door, they have cameras in that one recording when you enter and exit to make sure you don't overstay but at least they don't have stalkers. They are not allowed to submit backdated requests following the lifting of a ban.
They'd be in serious trouble if that happened. -------------------- Sometimes I use big words I don't understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.
