I tried to use the PPC wizard on this forum but both links are broken.
There are many stickies and the one about whether to ignore or not has 188 replies which I started to read and it left me none the wiser because of the sheer number of replies

My situation is receiving a PCN from Britannia parking. No ticket was left on my vehicle at the time of the alleged incident and receiving the PCN in the post was the first I knew about it.
Letter is dated 26/1/18 and date of contravention a week prior to that.

What is the current recommended cause of action? ignore, appeal, pay?

Appeal to Britannia, Britannia reject with POPLA code, POPLA win with the right appeal.

Britannia do not do court, but do have 6 years to change their mind or be taken over by someone who does, and fail a lot on keeper liability.

If you'd like us to take a look at all, post up the entire notice received (front/back), with all identifying information removed. Just make sure the identity of the driver isn't inferred while doing this (the person driving was the driver, you're the registered keeper etc.)

I'm trying to upload images but there seems to be an error and it won't upload. I've tried on Google Chrome and also Safari and the same error on both. Not sure how else to upload the image?

Hi Mdann, would it be possible to take a look at the notice? Thanks
