Apparently, the London Borough of Newham is one of, if not, the worst local authority for issuing erroneous PCNs in the country ( I call it false ticketing, they call it 'mistakes').

The notices of acceptance (of my appeals) letters are included in the threads.

These PCNS were successfully appealed at notice to the owner stage and were issued for

1. Parking in a residents parking space while clearly displaying a valid visitors permit.

See Thread http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=126930&hl=

2. For driving through a restricted zone (High Street North) with a blue badge holder on board, with this one they also sent a cancellation letter for the same alleged offence in July 2018.

See thread http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showto...p;#entry1486035

3. For parking in residents disabled parking bay within an RPZ with a Blue Badge in the car, sounds confusing? Its meant to be so they can issue PCNs to BB holders who think they are paring legally.

I hope the copies of letters I sent and advice from members can help you in your fight against this revenue hungry mob.
