Hi , hope you can help me.

The hirer was using a hire car and regularly goes to Heathrow for pickups and normally always wait in a particular parking area. However theyreceived notice from the hire company that there were some tickets issued to the car whilst in the hirer’s possession. These cameras have only recently been installed . Unbeknownst to the hirer!!
So here are the notices sent to the hirer from the hire company, this was before they gave them the hirer’s details

Then today 10/10/22, the hirer received them in their name

The hire company have also informed the hirer of two more on the way… and the last one dated the vehicle actually broke down and was waiting there for the Mercedes Benz breakdown team.





The hirer has gone back and looked and there is signage there saying the is a 30 minute allowance… but the hirer didn’t notice it since they have been go there often and was never an issue.

Any cast iron way out?
5 tickets is a lot and a bitter pill to swallow😞

Then it's a waiting game, waiting for a Letter of claim to arrive, followed by a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL within the next 6 years following the incident date, both of which need dealing with

Disregard and file away any further debt collectors letters
