Attending a blood clinic on the 10/9/18 I paid £2.00 for a ticket at the Health Centre Car park Stony Stanton Road Coventry. The appointment was delayed slightly. The Parking Charge notice states that we arrived at 12:53:06 and left at 14:10:19 on the 10/9/18.
My ticket shows 12:54 when I paid £2.00. From the information provided £1.50 is for 1 hour the next charge is £2.50 Having paid only £2.00 in error it would seem that 17 minutes overstay will cost me dearly. The demand is for £70 reduced to £42 if paid by 28/9/18. If I appeal and fail will I have to pay the £70? hopping for some advice. |

Get onto PALS for the health centre and remind them of the government guidance about nit penalising genuine visitors, especially for delayed appointments.
Also edit your first post immediately, never give away the driver ID, alsoways refer to the driver as ‘the driver’ and the keeper who gets postal notices as ‘the keeper’, they are two separate entities when it comes to parking. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!
