Hello
I hope someone can help me
I just received this penalty and I think on that day I jumped a red signal, I can see on the penalty says recorded speed 0 mph, because I think stopped after the line, I could not manage to see the video though.
However I am 90% sure this is the place, and I stopped where that grey Vauxhall car is

To pay this penalty they are asking me my driving licence I think I will be loosing some points too

Here are all the details of the penalty

What does that mean?

If you do not identify the driver you’ll face a more serious charge.

RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
PoFA=Protection of Freedoms Act, SAC=Safety Awareness Course, NIP=Notice of Intended Prosecution, ADR=Alternative Dispute Resolution
PPC=Private Parking Company, LBCCC=Letter Before County Court Claim, PII=Personally Identifiable Information, SAR=Subject Access Request

Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it.

I think the OP means this:

Evidence is often not disclosed until the matter goes to court. Many times if you ask for "photographs to help identify the driver" at an early stage they will often release them.

In this case I do not [need them] to identify the driver Thank you

Exactly I know it was me, so I am not going to ask them the pictures, unless someone here suggests to do so

You kept talking about getting the (non existent) video, if you want to see the photographs the only reliable way to get them is to ask for them on the pretence they are to help identify the driver.

Either you want to see them or you do not, make up you mind and then let us know!

Stop before you submit a £100 fine and 3 points! You can attend a Whats Driving Us Course. It’s like a Speed Awareness Course but it’s for motor offences in this category. It costs approximately £83 and lasts for 4 hours. I did one last March 2019.

No, the police have decided not to offer a course in this case but a fixed penalty, so he can’t do a course.

'Someone I know' was recently caught speeding and sent a COFP despite being within the criteria for a course. 'They' phoned the SCP to ask why and were told that nobody had bothered to check whether they were eligible (whether or not they had done a course previously) and were then sent an offer of a course.

If the OP does not meet the criteria, asking is extremely unlikely to result in a course being offered, but if the OP does meet the criteria and the SCP messed up, it is the only way he will be offered a course.

As I said above I have done a speed awareness course about a year ago but I know nothing about red violation course, however I did call them to have the pictures sent to me and I did also pay for it and sent all the paperwork I am only waiting for my licence back, however the lady on the phone was very helpful and I will call the again to ask why I was not offered a course

Thank you very much again

I did ask about drive awareness course and I was told: "Due to the time the red light had been illuminated the offer of a course was not available".

I am still waiting for my licence

You wouldn't, the points are on the DVLA database that you can see online.

No sign needed. Why would you need a sign to tell you not to pass a red traffic light?

I am asking this because I was watching this video here on the link below where the judge dismissed the case because there could not see a sign before the traffic light

after clicking on the link select: "You won’t be smiling when you leave"

I suspect the rules in Alaska might be different.

You have, it appears, accepted the fixed penalty and settled everything. Rhat was an alternative to prosecution.

There is no realistic way of undoing that and having your date in court.

Alaska? Seriously? And that’s relevant to an offence in the UK because...?
