What, the careless driving antics of the soon-to-be-roadkill leaner bike rider, or the driver ignoring the 20mph speed limit?

It's a 30mph zone.

What accident?

Did I miss something? otherwise I seem to have wasted another minute and a half of my life watching antics that I see several times a day.

The second moped crashes into the side of the car with dash cam as they go through the junction. Then the moped rider rides off without exchanging details.

At around 0:30 ?, missed that, I thought he bounced over the kerb or something.

I'd say insurance 50:50 or worse on that, not like he is invisible, and it's pretty obvious he is going to go on not sit there, everyone has a duty to not just crash into stuff if they can help it.

Not stopping? the Police might or might not be interested, depends on how overworked they are.
You or your insurers can pursue a claim against him with his registration and the dash cam evidence if it is worth it.
Careless driving/riding? might come back to bite you given you could have avoided hitting him by waiting a second.

The learner on the donorcycle needs a sharp lesson so I would send the footage to the police but agree with Facade that it could bite back

Regarding who is at fault for the coming together, I would put most of the blame on the car driver

The bike was in front of him but he chose to accelerate through a narrow gap instead of hanging back for a second so it could go

It's a 30mph zone.

Not when you turn into Caverswall Street.

The moped is on the wrong side of the road and tries to drive into a wedge where other traffic is in the correct lane. Isn't he supposed to wait until it's clear before moving into that lane? If you look at the point of impact, the moped is driving towards the car and causes the collision not the other way around. The car is actually moving towards the inside lane to try and avoid him.

He tries to accelerate past the Porsche and fails so he has to brake sharply

It should have been obvious to the dashcam driver that the moped rider was going to take off again

The driver may have been moving to the inside to avoid the moped in front of him but he shouldn't have been trying to undertake at all

Yes

Whenever I watch one of the "Who's at fault?" videos, I see something new every time I view it

Says a lot about the credibility of most accident witnesses

CRASHES? There is nothing accompanying the Youtube post to clarify why it was posted except the word "Accident" Ive watched this several times and am yet to be convinced that any "crash" took place betwwen the 2nd bike and the car .

I think it's an effect of LED lights and the frame speed of the video

The zebra crossing beacons in the background are doing the same

I think that's some sort of phasing thing of the camera frames and the way the lights on the car function. A bit like when you watch a helicopter on telly and the rotor blades are going slowly or a TV picture is slowly scrolling up the screen.

The car is actually moving towards the inside lane to try and avoid him.

If the car driver thought that the best way to avoid the moped in that situation was to move over, rather than just let him go, I have to seriously question their judgement.

Although the moped rider is far from innocent in this, the car driver shows the sort of impatience and impulsiveness that is always going to lead to an accident at some point.

Both twassocks.
The car driver is more likely to survive being a twassock then the potential organ donor but neither have anything to be proud of in that clip
