You seem to be missing a very basic element of the case.
QUOTE (Neil B @ Mon, 19 Nov 2018 - 09:31) *

The rejection relies on and repeats mention of the mandatory entry point signs, yet offers an evidence pic of only an additional
repeater sign.

Your reps concentrated only on the repeater sign and road markings that are NOT required.

The rejection also mentions 'entry point signS'.
If my guess is right then it seems there was only ever one and it's either missing or flipped round.

Wakey wakey - onions.

Back to basics.
Is there an EP sign or not?

In a processing centre dealing with ns of thousands of these daily, input operatives will take the first they see.
And why TEC customer assistants thought anyone would look beyond the TE9form in an automated process is a mystery
to me.

Ok, well as I said that's what the 'help' at the TEC told me to do. Short of delivering them a large multicoloured banner telling them the fairly obvious, I'm not sure what exactly I'm supposed to do!.

Quite straightforward; your correct current contact address goes on the TE9.

Did you get some sort of acknowledgment for your representations?

I got the 'Appeal Successfully Submitted' screen!
...your appeal is now being considered etc.....

Screenshot?
Cos, legally, that deadline, 21st, they gave you was a day late.
Proof of acceptance, albeit an automated response, helps any later disputes.

He didn't; he thought they were paying the tolls.

you keep saying the only address from which you have mail forwarding, is this the same as the address on the v5c and if not what did you do to inform the council of the new address, and what proof did you submit that this address is valid?

I think we need to see said attachment with TE9.

Any clues why you didn't received notices?
What did you update?

Check the address on your V5. Don't just answer 'it's correct'; actually go and look at it.

Sounds like TEC sent the revoking Order astray as well.

Ask them.

No, just three pages, the ones I’ve posted and a photo of the location (my appeal was based on signage)

I guess they're no longer required to send them out (?)
I think they used to pre-fill the NoR date, which might have differed.

Let us know what LT have to say for themselves tomorrow.

"within 28 days of the date of service" is wrong, adding a day.

It's 28 beginning with DoS.

--

As a thought, did they enclose ET&A forms and pre-fill any of it?

RBKUT are flawed in their description of the very period you're talking about; hence your flawed counting, in the same way.
17th was day 25, not 24.

Hi, I have a driving in a route restricted to buses and cycles PCN from RBKUT. I appealed and received a notice of rejection dated 20th December.
Deadline was 2oth Jan

i signed that paper i showed above?

90% of it confirms they are supposed to transfer liability - by naming you to the Council, IF that hire agreement qualifies.
They haven't. Tough on them.

They mention just once that they might pay PCNs in 'certain circumstances' but don't say what those circumstances are,
neither can I imagine what they could possibly be.

Like cp, I can't see them having a chance.

Answer to your problem is in post #4 in this thread -- and then read up to #10 http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=125524

Except in your circumstance, when reset, the matter will be referred to the adjudicator for directions.

Ealing will then write to you and we'll discover if they responded to your representations.

Come back if any problems.

They were otherwise out of time with the penalty charge notice appeals and would automatically lead to penalty charge notices having to be cancelled.

These sound like moving traffic PCNS (you haven't said), for which there is no time limit.

What are the dates of the Charge Certs?

Perhaps some are more worried about their numberplate showing on a public forum?

The same one they display to the world 24/7 ?

QUOTE (stamfordman @ Sat, 19 Jan 2019 - 14:15) *
When I have time I'll do a 'how to post in this section' sticky with some screen shots etc.

One thing we really need is for people to post detail of the contravention in the heading because that's how threads are bests searched. Just putting 'PCN' is not helpful.

PMB mentioned ages ago that you were probably best placed to rewrite the 'post images' guide.
I disagreed at the time (sorry huh.gif ) because I had an inkling you worked in IT (?) and they being the worst for help guides!

I do now think though that you probably are the best candidate.

QUOTE (Starworshipper12 @ Sat, 19 Jan 2019 - 20:38) *
Perhaps something about current/updated V5C? Across forums it seems to be something that takes too much time to establish correct details with OPs?

I keep wanting to compile a sticky about bailiff enforcement but struggling to find the time.

With those cases being so time-critical it really is difficult to get across the process and the focus and purpose of late applications.

You can phone them and ask re the address used but IMO unlikely to be anything different to the one used on the CC.
They get RK details from DVLA and usually do not deviate from those.

Re the one for another car.
I would also be writing to them stating very clearly that this car has never been registered to the company and is bu55er all to do with you.

Just my view but I wouldn't do any of this:
Likely to delay the reset process.
