Driver parked in car park on said date believing a virtual permit was in force.
Was the drivers first day working at said hospital. Car park is shared by staff and patients. Driver parks in the same car park now with a windscreen permit. The NTD was binned by the driver. No mention of POFA on the NTK. To late to appeal to Open Parking. Can still appeal to the IPC. No point in doing that. I think the driver should get the employer to get the ticket cancelled. The driver just wants to ignore it. |

There are two tickets in play.
The second is for "Parked so as to cause inconvenience or obstruction". |

What happened to the SAR? Was it sent? What did you get in response? |
