Please vote to help demonstrate that the proposed law is an affront to civil liberties and established law. P.S. This is not my petition - someone beat me to it - but I'm not proud. -------------------- “Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a tu.rd by the clean end.” - R.J. Wiedemann, Lt. Col. USMC Ret.

Re private parking overcharging; I've just had to pay £60 because my unemployed son parked my car in the wrong place....
Will sign the petition, but without much hope. |

It shows closing 5/8/2012, and says sign petition at bottom, left for me.

It's a shame the petition with over 7000 signatures is closed. Does that mean the law has already passed?

When is this due to be passed into law? They cannot be allowed to push this through.
The BPA is run and regulated by thieves, and endorses thieves to go about their business as long as they abide to the code of conduct. To make theft legitimate by law is not a very good thing to do. I am a member of a large union, and will be making representations to them to fight this clause. With their close links to MP's i reckon enough can bel persuaded to vote against it when it comes to debating it. In the meantime, anyone that falls foul of these charletans, should be advised to complain to their local mp. |

On the grounds that it just had its third reading in the Lords 2 days ago, you'd better be quick as it will probably get Royal Assent in the next couple of weeks. |

Re private parking overcharging; I've just had to pay £60 because my unemployed son parked my car in the wrong place.... Sadly, will999, you probably didn't have to pay anything at all. You got fooled by a speculative invoice which was unenforceable in law. HO87 - signed. -------------------- Council parasites, scammerati, clampits, PPC-threatogram-generators, etc. seek only to scam and screw you over. That's what they do.
Courts, cops, PATAS and TPT are there to ensure that while you're being scammed and screwed, it's done ''fairly''. That's what they do. PePiPoo's here to suggest what to do, and when to do it, frustrating if possible this scamming and screwing of you. That's what we do. |
