Can anybody point me in the right direction, trying to find rights of Environmental health officer to enter a property, specifically under Housing act 2004?
The property in question is rented out to a single tenant and is not an HMO. A letter has been received to say the Environmental health officer believes the property is an HMO and is looking to see it meets the minimum standards for fire and amenity.
