Provide a description of events (if you know what happened) telling us as much about the incident as possible - some things that may seem trivial to you may be important, so don't leave anything out. Please do not post personal details for obvious reasons - The offence was on the 16/10/18, the camera enforcement until wrote to my compnay on the 6/11/18 my company received the letter on the 7/11/18, they supplied my details and i received a letter to my home address on the 13/11/18.
The intial letter to my company was created by the camera enforcement unit 14 days after the offence happened.
I wil write to the enforcement unit and advise of these date errors.

Does the company hold the v5? (And have you seen it?)

There's quite often a lease firm first...

I will write to the enforcement unit and advise of these date errors.

Regardless, the request for the driver identity is still valid even if the NIP was 'late'.

Are the company the registered keeper, odds on they are not but a finance/lease company are and they will have got the first NIP, check before sending anything. Worth looking at the number plates as many financing companies often put their names on (such as black horse). Also of course if the car is new the details may not have been on the system at the time.
