good evening all .. not been on here for a few years! ( I even had to register as a new member as completely forgot my login details ).
I need your help - everything is accurate . I received a parking notice last year for somewhere I have never been- and of course I ignored it ! .. anyway.. a few letters came in the post until one day I got a letter from the county court., it was only one ticket. they wanted to collect the 160.00 for the notice, anyway - where this happened was somewhere I had never been- I google it and was 100% sure I had never been here or indeed got a ticket . I emailed the solicitors ( begins with a G and ends in S) - as you cannot talk to them on the phone and asked if they had any photos to back up this ticket- I received no reply.. so.. I appealed the court letter and it went to court so I could argue my side of the story- so the solicitors who work for them ( begins with a G and and ends in a S) had to pay the 25.00 whilst this was going on I received their " defence" pack via post- with a clear picture of my vehicle and the address where the contravention took place.. the only problem being the photo was not the place where the ticket was issued ( it was outside my house 5 miles away) .. at this time me and my partner and newborn baby went away for the weekend, when we came back we noticed our letter box had been forced open , we thought how strange, no others only ours... but thought nothing of it.. until today .. when on the 26th jan they awarded the parking people nearly 500.00 for one parking notice that I have to pay by the 21st feb.. my question is .. can I appeal this will it possibly set me further into debt? the pictures they have sent which are not the place of the offence- is this illegal ? the letterbox- could the court date letter have been taken? - I knew nothing of the hearing many thanks |

IN which case you REALLY need to make it clear you expect your £255 back straight away - ie within 14 days - or at the very least, that if the claimant discontinues they are required to ay your set aside fee. Your vehicle wasnt even at the location so the action had no chance of success and it was a purely speculative claim, hoping for a default win.

We have decided to put the house on the market and move away - it doesn’t change anything regarding the notices issued - they will have to be challenged . But CPM have effectively forced us out of our home .
Cheers CPM |

Check with trust online. Your credit report likely has a delay.
