Hi

I'd be extremely grateful for some assistance appealing the following PCN:

Sussex Way (Southbound)
2 Dec 19
15:21

I'm a very careful and observant driver constantly watching for signs. I'd be surprised if I'd missed something obvious telling me not to do something.

Found a similar post for the same location - http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=127902

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Post up the PCN, all sides and blank out PCN Number, and vehicle details. Leave everything else in, and also tell us a little bit more about what transpired on the day. This is a public forum so better to delete your PCN number and registration details.

Thank you.

Here is the documentation.

Essentially as mentioned I am a very careful driver and genuinely feel I did not notice any signage - in the sense that it was not obvious. Should I be able to clearly see from the images the required signage?[attachment=68602:Screensh...37.46_PM.png]

Sorry - still finding my way around these forums.

PCN to follow. How do I upload a video? Will it be too large in size for the maximum storage this site allows?

What is a GSV?

For the PCN use an external hosting site such as imgur and for the video youtube

I think you'll struggle given you would have had a clear line of sight to the signs.

Do you know if the content of the sign, shown in the still image or video, needs to be able to be read from the footage?

It does not, the council just needs to be able to prove to the tribunal that the sign was there, if things go that far. The council will have photos that confirm the sign was in place prior to the date of the contravention.
