I have seemingly managed to upload The Decision to my Controls. as an attachment, but cannot seen to put it out for other members or Guests to read., Perhaps a member could help me solve this Problem.

I do not seem to be able to post anything.

What size was the file ( Max. single upload size: 1.95MB ) and what format . Normally posters are discouraged from using the "attachment" facility because of the limits and are advised to use an external host

For pictures, it's best to use a third party hosting service as described in the FAQ linked to above.

If you have another document type that you want to share (eg a PDF or a Word document), and it both fits within the single upload limit and within your remaining attachment storage limit, then you can use the attachment facility. This is a two stage process: first you browse for the document and click on the upload button, and then once that's done you choose one of the options to embed a link to the attachment in the post. One of the less friendly characteristics of the forum software is that if the document's too large it doesn't display a warning, it's just that nothing happens!

You can free up space by deleting old attachments using the manage attachments link in My Controls.

Fredd
