Hi, not used this site in a while but has been very helpful in the past for me.
I received a Notice to keeper letter from Parkwithease the other day. The driver parked at the time (I wasn’t even there) and the machine did not accept any money so they couldn’t pay on the day. They forgot to pay online in the 48hr window. My question is the parking date was on 5th April and the notice was sent on the 1st May. Since this is over 14days do they have any right left to ask me to send the personal details about my wife? Thanks Mark This post has been edited by Mark D: Wed, 9 May 2018 - 09:07 |

Edit that picture
You've left the Equita reference Parking companies follow this Forum and will use any information they find, even if you haven't written anything that damages your defence See Post #33 Dear Sir Ref **** I have received your letter dated *** No payment will under any circumstances be made to your company I was not the driver and Park With Ease Ltd has already confirmed that I have no liability as the vehicle's keeper Your client would be foolish to follow your uninformed recommendation for legal action that has no prospect of success As far as your company is concerned, the matter is closed The content of any further correspondence will be noted but a reply is unlikely Yours Faithfully You can either ignore or tell Equita to refer to your letter dated **** |
