whats an automatic camera device.

Its on the A40 as described in the notice.

An ACD is a fixed camera, e.g. gatso or similar

If you were speeding then there’s probably not much to contest and will be costly.

You could check relevant traffic order is in place but long shot.

I note they haven’t updated DPA references to 2018/GDPR but doesn’t assist...

Just to clarify this little bit, it won't be costly if you take advantage of the £100 + 3 points or a course if you're eligible (similar cost no points)

The costly referred to above is if you contest the speed and take it to court smile.gif
