An ACD is a fixed camera, e.g. gatso or similar
If you were speeding then there’s probably not much to contest and will be costly.
You could check relevant traffic order is in place but long shot.
I note they haven’t updated DPA references to 2018/GDPR but doesn’t assist...

The costly referred to above is if you contest the speed and take it to court

Duh, that's what I meant... Although some think £100 is costly...
