Ok so I have been snapped by a camera coming home from brighton, The road itself was a 30 zone I presumed it was maybe 40 not totally sure though and so I go 36/7 mph at 1am, Fog was very heavy but thought doing just under 40 with the conditions as they were, Out of nowhere a speed camera pops up and I did not even see the camera all I saw was the flash flash flash.
Any advice here? Are speeding tickets hard to fight?, I have been back to try and find the same camera and road I used again but failed :/, I def did not believe or know I was speeding until the flash's, Has anybody ever been caught by a speedcam in heavy fog and escaped the ticket being issued?, How do the cameras work in the sense of is it human observation with checking the offence and issuing the ticket, Or is it all automated? No so that solves that one, Where the fog was so bad in places, It has me very confused as to where this could of been, I just reviewed all the suggestions again, But I am fairly sure that it was none of them, It was not in the town or very built up areas, I think ill still go for a drive later and check around for any other cameras, Who knows I might get hit with lightning again  Thanks for all your help guys, Ill post back if indeed is worth posting, Failing that ill return with the NIP til then the only clue I have about this offence is that I witnessed some flashes and it was very foggy, As to weather it was actually a camera or maybe supernatural only the NIP will confirm, If it never comes through then I can be happy with no points or a fine, But have a more worrying problem in the fact that maybe my marbles are about done.... So it was the camera I pointed out in post#9 but then was discounted because the description of the road didn't match you recollection. The NIP is for a camera on a flat bit of road with the sea to one side, you said it was on a steep hill with grassland to one side. Why the vast difference?
