There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know.
There are known knowns which, had we known, we would never have wished to know. It is known that this also applies to the known unknowns. However, when one attends PATAS, Mr Rumsfeld's idea that there are also unknown unknowns fails to apply because, anyone who is in the know, knows that unknown unknowns are purely a deception otherwise known as an aleatory experience or also known as a lottery. I know that I know this to be a fact and, in this knowledge, I know that I am fully prepared to present my case but, paradoxically, in full knowledge that the unknown unknowns may well apply in view of some adjudicators' lack of knowing what they ought to know.

Can look at my thread and give some advice please.
I read another thread that was similar to mine that you gave advice.
I requested photos of the incident which the LA treated as reps and they’ve not replied

I'm so sorry to bother you
I have this thread open http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=90347&st=0&gopid=961794&#entry961794 and one of the replies suggested PMing you. Apparently the TfL notice had a procedural impropriety and I was advised to contact you as the oracle as it were on this matter.
I would appreciate any help you can offer

Hi Hippocrates! Really value your advice as I saw a last thread on the Shep. Bush Rd southbound offside bus lane. I got a notice :( and I really want to dispute it. I know you're probably very busy but if you could have a look, I would be so so so grateful! Thanks so much. :) Any advice and whether it's worth disputing would be absolutely amazing!
