Hi guys,
Hoping someone may be able to help with this...
Recieved a PCN for parking within a suspended res park zone. Signage was fine, just misread it. They towed my car about 3 metres and left it within the same suspended zone.
Same suspension in place the next day, I receive a new PCN.
Seems a bit wrong to me that Camden move my car to a suspended zone and I get a PCN for it. I’ve searched around but can’t find any relevant cases. Does my representation have any leg to stand on? Can anyone point me in the direction of any past cases that might be relevant?

Any help would be really appreciated. I attach the PCN and a rather dark photo of the car.i felt I’d left the required two spaces. Any idea what the length of a space is deemed to be?
Cheers!

OP, your grounds are clear:

©that the vehicle had been permitted to remain at rest in the place in question by a person who was in control of the vehicle without the consent of the owner;

Even better--a statutory ground with no wriggle room.
