Ringo not working

Hi All,

I parked in a pay and display yesterday in a council carpark. I didn't have any cash so went to use ringo on my phone as i normally do but i got an error message (attached).

I'm assuming this isn't enough to get me off it - i did go and get coins instead but by the time i got back, the ticket had been issued.

the council have also got the make of my van wrong.

I've attached the images here, any advise appreciated.

Hi All,

So the council didn't bother to address my response to their query that I hadn't provided evidence that the app wasn't working (which I had done on my original appeal and subsequent reply).

Instead they've written back to say they won't accept any further discussion and that I should wait for the NTO.

It would also appear that they've withdrawn my right for a discount just because I sent them an initial appeal.

The letter is below and any help appreciated as always.

Looks like they are playing hard ball. OK, so play them at their own game now, because if the discount is lost you might as well take them all the way to London Tribunals, it won't cost you any more.
