Hi

received the following PCN on BMW car screen, Looking at the bay it is a little confusing so caught the driver offguard. Any assistance / advise would be greatly appreciated.

Spoke to the worker emptying the machine but he stated "pointless appealing, I get asked about this bay all the time you will lose just pay it", seems unfair that so many have been caught out by this especially as the bit we cannot park on is not crossed out.

Picture is of the incident. Surely the bit where we are not allowed to park should be crossed off anyway now what do I do?

Who is the letter from and who does it tell you to pay if you want to settle up?

They cannot issue a claim against you. They are a third party to the supposed contract breach between the driver and the parking company.

Ignore them.
