Hi
Received this PCN on 8th January for an alleged infringement. Please see PCN and photos below. Is there any possible discretion to be applied as, at the time I entered the box junction, traffic ahead of me was moving and there was space beyond the junction? How do I upload the video? Happy to pay if I am barking up the wrong tree! Many thanks.      |

If it were me, I'd go for it, but as already said, it's not my money. There is enough now to make a good case that the box is too long and also the incursion is small.
